Mr. PA Football recognizes the top high school football players in Pennsylvania each year.
The annual awards are given out for the following:
Selection for the big and small school Mr. PA Football Awards is done through a voting process that includes fans, coaches, and members of the media, each of which are weighted equally in determining the winners.
The Mr. PA Football Selection Committee, comprised of members of the media and coaches, chooses the recipients of the Mr. PA Football Lineman of the Year Awards, Michael Payton Memorial Quarterback Award and Legendary Coach Award. Wayde Marsico, Director of the Mr. PA Football Selection Committee, oversees the selection process.
The Mr. PA Football Selection Committee selects 200 small school and 200 big school player nominees to be included in the awards voting. Nominees are collected from mid-November through early January. A student-athlete must have participated in the 2025 football season to be eligible for a 2025 Mr. PA Football nomination. Anyone who played offensive center, guard, or tackle, or defensive nose guard, tackle, or end, is eligible for a Lineman of the Year Awards nomination.
Fans can vote for their favorite players on mrpafootball.com during the open voting period. The field will be narrowed using five rounds of voting, ultimately finishing with the fan vote winners. The results from each round of fan voting will be posted on mrpafootball. Fans may cast one vote per day for each voting category. Duplicate votes per day or votes using invalid email addresses are subject to removal.

1/6/26 – 1/15/26: Voting open to narrow field to the Fabulous Fifty
1/16/26 – 1/29/26: Voting open to narrow field to the Tremendous Twenty-Five
1/30/26 – 2/10/26: Voting open to narrow field to the Terrific Ten
2/11/26 – 2/22/26: Voting open to narrow field to the Finalists
2/23/26 – 3/4/26: Voting open to select the Winners
